Simple, no fuss, and a classic liquid breakfast for those on-the-go mornings. This is our basic Berry Banana Smoothie recipe when you want something familiar tasting – it’ll hit the spot, nutrients and all.

- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen banana
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Tiny pinch of salt
- ½ cup ice
- 2 cups oat milk
Preparation
Step 1
Place everything into the blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Milk: Any milk works – we love the creamy texture and taste of oat, but any dairy and non-dairy option works. If gluten free – make sure your choice of milk is certified gluten free!
Salt: The pinch of salt helps the sweetness of the berries shine; the juxtaposition works well here in this medley of flavours.
