Are you ready for this really tricky, chef-y, high skilled process? Well, here goes… toss all the ingredients in small bowl. Mix and enjoy!

✨ RECIPE NOTES ✨

  • Storage: This salsa tastes best when the salt and acid are allowed to sit. Allow 15 minutes before serving to let the flavours marry into each other. If left too long, this salsa does tend to get a little juicy so we don’t recommend making too much. If you have; no stress! Just cover, store in the fridge for up to 3 days, draining off any excess liquid and giving it a good toss before serving.
  • Alternate fruits: Fruits that are firm, acidic and sweet work here. Peach, mango and pineapple all make great salsas; here’s our Chilli Mango Salsa recipe.
