A colourful diet is not only good for your health, but great for the soul! This smoothie owes its beautiful hue to the dragonfruit we blended, and the other cocktail of fruits in this recipe lends to the tropical taste. A bright and fresh vacation for your taste buds.

  • ½ cup frozen dragonfruit
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup pineapple 
  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ lime 
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Pop everything in the blender and pulse until completely smooth. If the blender struggles, add a little water to thin it out. Serve with your favourite straw!

  • Milk: Any milk works here! We put coconut because it gives pina colada vibes, but feel free to use whatever’s on hand.
